Wildlife Cruises

Embark on a four-hour wildlife, sightseeing, and snorkeling tour, perfect for families and young children! This adventure explores the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, cruising around the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve to spot coastal birds, sea turtles, and mobula rays. You will also head offshore in search of pelagic species like dolphins and whales. After exploring the ocean, you will snorkel at Cabuya's Cemetery Island, where your private snorkel guide will introduce you to a variety of rocky reef fish, eagle rays and other marine creatures in shallow waters. All snorkel equipment is provided!

Santa Teresa is renowned for its gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific. On this experience we will launch the boat at 4:00 pm and head out to cruise around the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve to watch the birds flying back from their hunt, scanning the entire time for some wildlife, enjoying an easy fruit snack and a bubbly until the sun sizzles away through the waves. We will return to the beach by 6:00 pm. Includes one bottle of bubbly and snacks.

This trip is an exciting, adventurous, once in a lifetime tour that is a photographer's dream. Start your day with a tour around the Nicoya coastline before heading right out to sea to search for bait balls surrounded by the most elegant hunters in the sea! If the conditions are suitable, we will snorkel around the bait balls, hoping to get glimpses of sailfish, tuna, spinner dolphins and other pelagic species. Suitable for adults comfortable on boats with previous snorkelling experience. Lunch is provided.
